Artist, (probably American)

This is a drawing of soldiers marching in front of a fortress-like building. The soldiers have exaggerated, stylized features and are marching in unison. In the background is a looming fortress with arched windows and a clock tower. The sky above is dark and swirling. To the left is a large, stern face. On the right, there is a large, menacing hand or claw. The drawing has a dark and moody tone with heavy shading and contrast.
