This painting is a detailed design schematic for a belt buckle. The painting features three views of the buckle, one fully painted and the other two lightly sketched. The main view of the buckle is depicted slightly above the center of the painting, and it is painted in shades of gray, highlighting the horizontal bands and small prongs inside the rectangular buckle. Below that rendering, there are two additional line-drawn views: one showing the buckle from the back and the other from the side. The background of the painting is off-white paper.
