The image shows a straight pathway flanked by tall trees casting shadows. The horizon is low in the picture with diminishing perspective of the road and trees. The brushstrokes create texture in the tree foliage. The color palette is black and gray, enhancing contrast and depth. On the left, there is a structure that is partially obscured by trees.
