Artist, (probably American)

This is a drawing of a sideshow scene at a carnival or fair. The drawing features a figure seated atop a platform above a banner that reads "The Human Skeleton." Additional banners with partial words create a backdrop. Below, a suited figure appears to be a sideshow barker gesturing with one hand while standing beside a sign that states "TICKET 10¢". A small crowd of people is depicted in the foreground, with some looking towards the seated figure and others engaged in conversation. The use of shading and crosshatching gives the piece depth and texture.
