The image shows a night scene in a small town square or plaza. A single lamppost illuminates the area, casting soft light and shadows. Trees above obscure the upper portion of the scene. Bold brushstrokes capture textures and details, emphasizing contrast between light and shadow. The color palette is mainly deep blacks and muted whites. Several individuals are seated on benches, silhouetted against the ambient glow.
