The image is a monochrome illustration showing multiple people at a wedding scene. The characters are positioned around a central table with a bride on the right side of the image, walking from the right frame towards the left in a full bridal dress with a long veil and train, and a bouquet of flowers clutched in her arm. To her right, a seated figure in the background appears to be playing a piano. The bride is accompanied by a group of adults who are dressed in suits with flower boutonnieres; one of them appears to be wearing a patterned jacket, and another has a unique pattern on their tie. In front of the group, several children are present, dressed in similar ruffled dresses, and some are depicted interacting with each other. A small cat can be seen on the floor among them. The background features patterned curtains and a textured wall, adding detail to the wedding setting.
