This is a drawing of a group of figures gathered around a notice on a wall with an industrial building in the background. The scene is rendered in shades of grey. In the foreground, several figures can be seen closely inspecting a notice posted on a wall. Behind them, there is a factory structure with tall smokestacks, set against a dark, cloudy sky. The ground is covered with what appears to be snow, and footprints lead further into the scene.
