The image shows a ground-level perspective of a cityscape during a rainstorm. A crowd of people with umbrellas are present in the foreground, with skyscrapers dominating the background. The buildings are drawn with vertical lines suggesting rain. Fine, detailed pencil strokes add texture to the scene, particularly in the swirling clouds overhead. Light breaks through the dark clouds, contrasting with the overall gray color palette.
