The image shows two workers in an underground tunnel or mine. Both figures are visible from head to toe. The worker in the foreground is kneeling, operating a large mining tool or drill aimed at the rock face. He wears a hard hat and work attire. The second worker, positioned slightly behind and to the left, is also engaged with a similar tool. The scene is heavily textured, with cables or hoses coiling around the workers. The backdrop consists of rocky surfaces and a suggestion of light or dust at the point of the tool's contact with the rock.
