The image features an abstract assembly of fragmented shapes and lines. In the upper right, a circular form with concentric lines radiating outward is visible. Scattered throughout the composition are bold, partially obscured letters spelling out "RED," "YELLOW," and "BLUE." These words are integrated with the abstract shapes. The words "YELLOW" and "BLUE" are presented in a way that seems to mimic the look of street signs or headlines. A thick arrow points downward.
