The image shows a harbor scene with a high horizon and dramatic clouds in the sky. Small boats with masts are visible on the water, and there are tall, dark structures resembling ship masts and piers nearby. The artwork features expressive brushstrokes, black accents, cross-hatching, and swirling lines that convey movement. The color scheme is monochromatic, with shades of black and gray creating a moody atmosphere. The composition guides the viewer's eye across the canvas through lines and texture.
