This is a drawing of a figure holding lightning bolts, seated on an eagle. The muscular figure is depicted in a dynamic pose. Lightning bolts are held in both hands. The eagle is depicted realistically with wings spread and sharp talons visible. The background features swirling patterns. An inscription is at the top and Latin text is at the bottom.
