This black-and-white photograph shows a blurred person sitting against a corner of a deteriorating room. The person appears to be crouching by the wall, perhaps covered in a long piece of cloth. They are blurred, as if in motion; the only thing that can be seen clearly is a pale leg wearing a black shoe with a silver buckle. The room has chipped walls and a wooden floor covered with debris that look like broken shards of pottery and long strips of bark or wallpaper. Outside the window above the person, bare tree branches are visible.
