At the top center, there is a depiction of a moon or face that appears to be part of a celestial theme, flanked by two circular map elements. Below, the main clock face displays numbers in a decorative font along a semicircular path. Flanking the lower halves are two additional semicircular designs, one depicting a pastoral scene with a windmill, and the other showing a sailing ship on the sea.
