Three individuals are sitting in an open horse-drawn carriage. One is a young boy with medium-length hair and a large brimmed hat, looking at the camera. Beside him, another child with a similar hat rests their chin on the carriage edge. An adult, also wearing a brimmed hat, is seated on the right, partially obscured by the child in front. The three are dressed in dark, modest clothing. In front of the carriage, a horse is harnessed. A tree trunk is next to the carriage, with branches extending out of view. Behind them is a building with a large display window on the left filled with various boxed items. On the right, another part of the building shows columns and window panes. The street seems unpaved and muddy.
