The image shows an open, worn-out book with visible text as the largest object. To the upper left side is a part of a doll's face and body, partially out of frame. The color palette is monochromatic, consisting primarily of varied shades of gray, giving off a vintage or black-and-white effect. The book is centered in the image, with its spine aligned vertically, while the doll's face is positioned slightly above it, in the upper left corner. Torn pieces of paper are scattered on the right side of the image.
