This painting shows a scene of an ocean with choppy waves under a cloudy sky. The crashing waves are depicted with white, blue, and green colors. A buoy is seen in the sea off to the right, tilted to the side. The water and sky are highlighted with pale streaks of pink. The painting is surrounded by an off-white border that some of the paint colors seem to bleed into.
