The image shows a landscape with a horizon in the upper third. Distant trees and small houses can be seen. The drawing uses loose pencil strokes with rough outlines. The color palette is monochromatic, using shades of gray on a cream background. Jagged lines suggest shrubbery or abstract tree forms in the foreground. Smooth slopes and fields extend into the distance. Fluffy clouds float above the scene.
