The painting depicts a large jug with a handle on the right, positioned in the center of the off-white paper. The jug is mainly reddish-brown with darker brown patches and a glossy, reflective finish. Around the jug and intersecting with the bottom is a thin, gray, rectangular outline, and the artist's signature "YOLANDE DELASSER" is in the lower left corner.
