Max Weber

Artist, American, born Russia (now Poland), 1881 - 1961

The image displays angular shapes and curvilinear lines forming an abstract composition. Dominated by rectangles, triangles, and circles, the scene resembles an arrangement of furniture and figures. Shapes suggest objects such as tables, curtains, and figures adorned in garment-like patterns. The colors are rich and varied, featuring bold reds, deep greens, and softer earth tones, creating an indoor space that defies realistic representation.
