The image shows a drawing of a vase with a wide rim and two handles. The handles have sculpted heads of people. There is a portrait relief and a band with human figures in a procession. The colors used are light brown and cream with shading for a three-dimensional effect. The vase is placed centrally in the frame, slightly right of the vertical axis, with shadows suggesting light from the upper left.
