The image displays two large, circular, radiating patterns with elongated, petal-like shapes expanding outward from a central circular core. These circles are encased within a scalloped border that enhances the symmetry of the design. A cloud-shaped form with a darker hue and subtle embellishments sits at the center top of the composition, between the two circles.
