This is a painting of two separate interior spaces. On the left, there is a dimly lit room with wooden flooring, featuring a wooden chair near an open doorway leading to another darkened area. A partially closed window blind and an ironing board with an iron on the floor are visible. The open door reveals a glimpse of a bathroom sink lit by light.

On the right is a separate bathroom scene with an illuminated tiled floor and a bathtub surrounded by aqua-colored tiles. The running shower creates a mist effect, with a shower curtain hanging above and a soft mat on the floor.

The image juxtaposes different interiors focusing on light and shadow interplay, resembling Edward Hopper's style of capturing mundane domestic scenes.
