This is a drawing of three chefs around a large pot labeled "Post War Food Plans." The chefs are cooking together, with one holding a spoon and another a whisk, while a third individual sits at the table with a knife and fork, looking eagerly at the pot and asking, "When do we eat?" There is a hat with the name "Stalin" on the table. The cartoon is detailed with cross-hatching and line work. The drawing uses labels on the hats of the standing figures to identify them, but does not focus on individual likenesses.
