Artist, French, 1686 - 1755

The image is a sketch showing a full-length view of a person standing, positioned slightly turned to the side. The person appears to be a woman with delicate facial features. Her hair is styled in an updo, adorned with what seems to be a crown or a decorative hairpiece. She is dressed in a voluminous gown with wide sleeves and a defined waist that flares out into a full skirt. The hands are elegantly posed. The background is plain.
