The image shows an aerial view looking over the roofline of a barn-like structure. The weathered wooden planks of the barn stretch diagonally across the lower half of the scene. Beyond the barn are flatlands with patches of grass and fields creating a mottled effect. Rolling hills rise in the background, with a larger hill towards the upper right against a cloudy sky. The horizon is suggested by the line where the land meets the hills. The image is in monochrome, from dark shadows to various shades of gray.
