The image displays a metal candlestick with a hexagonal base. The candlestick is mainly green and brown in color, giving it an antique look. Two smaller drawings of the candlestick base are positioned at the top corners. One is labeled "3 1/2" x 3 1/2", while the other is marked "actual size." The background is a light cream color. The candlestick is standing upright in the middle of the page, with a subtle shadow to the right.
