The image shows a detailed sketch with several figures in a closely composed grouping. Most of the figures' upper bodies are depicted, one figure is seated with a child on their lap, and another figure is slightly reclined with an arm on the ground. The seated figure has downcast eyes and wears drapery over the head. The child has curly hair. The surrounding figures have curly and voluminous hair, and they are dressed in flowing robes with detailed folds. The seated figure and child have halos around their heads. The background features loosely sketched clouds, and the entire image is rendered in a soft, detailed etching style.
