The image is of a fabric mitten with quilted patterns and textures in warm tones of reds, browns, greens, and beiges. On the upper part, there is embroidered text "LUCY 1823 QUEN" in red fabric with white stitching. Near the bottom, an open flap reveals layered patchwork.
