The sculpture is a circular medallion featuring a central figure of a man seated cross-legged. He holds a curved blade in each hand, positioned towards the top of the circle. Rows of stylized corn plants are below him, and the words "TO REAP" are inscribed in the center under the plants. The sculpture is bronze with variations in tone.
