The image shows five people partially submerged in water. Visible are their heads and shoulders. The group includes three children, one woman, and an infant. The children and woman are positioned close together, with the woman supporting the infant in her arm. The boy on the left has short hair with a longer top and is looking forward. The woman has long, dark, wavy hair, and she holds the infant close, whose head is turned inward. Another child's head is visible next to the woman's shoulder, and the third child in the foreground has wet, shoulder-length dark hair hanging forward. They wear wet clothing. In the surrounding water, there are leaves or plants floating. The background shows rippling water.
