There is a banner with a wavy, elongated shape that stretches across the top of the design, displaying the text "Remember The Maine" with star symbols on either side. Beneath it, an eagle shape is depicted with outstretched wings, its form conveying a familiar resemblance to the iconic bald eagle seen on many patriotic emblems. The eagle grasps a spear-like object. The eagle's body is partially wrapped with a circular band featuring colors reminiscent of the American flag. The background is a plain, textured cream color, bringing focus to the central motif.
