The sculpture depicts a female figure standing with her left leg forward and knee slightly bent, holding an anchor with her left hand. Her right arm is raised with her index finger pointing upwards. The figure has wavy, shoulder-length hair and is dressed in a draped garment exposing her right arm and breast. The sculpture is made from a white and smooth material, possibly marble. The texture of the drapery and features of the figure are finely detailed. The overall posture and proportions present the figure as larger than life, giving it an imposing presence.
