The image shows a winding road curving from the right side towards the center. The view is from the road level, revealing grassy slopes with rocks and small boulders on either side. The horizon is high in the image where the hills meet the sky. The sky is pale, suggesting clear or lightly overcast weather. The image is in sepia tone and appears to be an early photographic print.
