Two women are depicted from the waist up. They are positioned side by side, with one woman in the foreground leaning slightly forward, resting her arms on a lattice fence. Her facial features are lightly sketched, and she has her hair styled neatly back, adorned with a decorative hat featuring feathers or flowers. Her companion stands slightly behind her, casually leaning on the fence, with her face turned slightly to the viewer, gazing into the distance. This woman’s features are also finely depicted, and her hair is styled similarly, with a hat featuring a large plume. Both women are wearing dark-toned garments with full sleeves. There are several birds, like pheasants, on the grassy ground inside the fence. The background features dense foliage and trees.
