Untitled

1952

Rico Lebrun

Associated Names

Rico Lebrun

Artist, American, born Italy, 1900 - 1964

The image shows bold, black, flowing lines on a brown background, creating an abstract form. The composition includes rounded and elongated shapes that could suggest a creature with exaggerated limbs and a head resembling a masked face. This abstract depiction resembles a powerful, four-legged animal in motion, but its interpretation is open-ended.
