This is a painting of a spotted dog. The dog depicted is standing in profile facing to the right, appearing to be a Dalmatian with its characteristic black spots scattered evenly across its white coat. Its body is elongated with a slightly curved tail. The background is a simple plain color which emphasizes the detail on the dog itself. This is in the style of naturalistic animal illustration.
