This print depicts a woman standing, facing the left, her head slightly turned over her shoulder toward us. She has a round, youthful face, pale skin, and wavy hair mostly covered by a white headscarf or cap. She wears a long, full-skirted dress with a fitted bodice and long sleeves. A drum is hung against her left hip, held with a strap across her shoulder. She holds a drumstick in her right hand, and a long pole connected to a small wheel or star-shaped object. The background is plain, beige paper, with some thin, cross-hatched lines.
