This is a drawing of a heraldic eagle with draped flags and a ribbon. The drawing features an eagle in the center, wings partially unfurled with plumage. Its talons rest on an ornamental base. Behind the eagle are two draped flags, one with stars and the other with stripes. A ribbon banner arches above the eagle's head with the Latin phrase "E Pluribus Unum."
