Artist, American, 1834 - 1903

This print is a sketch of a person's full body in a standing position. The person is drawn with faint, minimal lines. The person's head is turned slightly downward and to the left. They appear to be nude and holding a cloth or drapery behind their legs with both hands. Their right hip is popped out, giving a slight curve to their torso. There is a suggestion of a head covering or cap on the person’s head. The background is plain, off-white paper.
