The image shows a view from a slightly elevated position, overlooking an area with lush vegetation and a large building to the left. The horizon is not sharply defined, as the trees and the building block a clear line at the landscape's limit. The brushstrokes are fine and detailed, with meticulous line work that adds texture to the trees and shrubs, as well as the architectural elements of the building. The color palette is monochromatic, consisting only of black ink on a light background, which emphasizes the intricate patterns and textures throughout the scene. On the right, the bare trees rise, their branches extending upwards and outwards, creating a contrast with the organized structure of the building in the rest of the image.
