This is a painting of a crucifixion scene with religious figures and angels present. The central part of the image depicts a figure on a wooden cross, surrounded by angels catching dripping blood. To the left of the cross is a figure in a blue robe with hands clasped in prayer. To the right is another figure in a green cloak holding a book. Above, the sun and moon with human-like faces appear in the sky. The background is filled with short, diagonal blue strokes. It is styled like a medieval European religious woodcut or illumination.
