The image shows a rustic rural scene depicted from a slightly aerial viewpoint. The rooftops of the structures are visible, with the horizon high in the background. Trees, tall poles, and a thatched roof dwelling are depicted. The etching technique is used to capture textures such as the thatched roof and tree foliage. The color palette is monochromatic, using shades of black and sepia to create depth and detail through light and shadow. A dirt path winds from the bottom left corner towards the center, where a small figure is walking, surrounded by trees and rustic buildings.
