The engraving shows two full-length figures standing side by side. The man on the left has one hand on his hip and the other resting on a sword. He wears an elaborate feathered hat, a detailed doublet, a pleated skirt-like armor piece, and leg armor. Next to him is a depiction of a helmet and gauntlets on the ground. The woman on the right stands with her body slightly turned towards the man, holding her cloak. She has a high, styled hairstyle and a large ruffled collar. Her gown is decorated with intricate patterns and embroidery, with long sleeves and ornate cuffs. She wears a pendant around her neck. Both individuals stand against a backdrop of draped fabric, with coats of arms displayed above each person.
