The image shows a portrait of a young man, presenting from the waist up. He is positioned standing, facing the viewer directly, with his right hand over his midsection. The man has youthful facial features with a serious expression and wears a fur-trimmed garment, which includes a richly decorated coat over a patterned doublet. His hair is mostly hidden beneath a flat cap adorned with feathers. Surrounding his outfit is a garment with elaborate embroidery. He holds a pair of gloves in his left hand. No visible jewelry is present. The background features a dark hatch-patterned oval against a lighter backdrop. The bottom of the image has text reading "EDVARDUS SEXTUS REX."
