The image depicts a woman and a child. The woman is in a slightly bent position, leaning toward the child. She has pronounced facial features with large eyes and angular eyebrows. She wears a crown of flowers, a golden halo, and a long, flowing robe. In her right hand, she holds a woven basket of flowers, while her left hand offers green leaves with red flowers to the child. The child is standing, reaching up towards the woman and holding a push toy. The child is nude and also has a halo. The background is plain, with the figures placed on a patch of green grass at the bottom. At the top of the image, there is text that reads "Sancta Doro" in a stylized script surrounded by a simple border.
