The image depicts an upper-body portrait of a man facing slightly to his left and looking directly at the viewer. The man has a beard and mustache, and curly hair under his crown. He is wearing a detailed outfit with an ornate collar, chain, pendant, and a circular medallion. The clothing is richly decorated with a pattern resembling ermine fur, and he wears a large crown with fleur-de-lis motifs. A medallion of the Order of the Holy Spirit is around his neck.
