The image is an oval-shaped portrait of a man's upper body. The man faces slightly to the right with his head turned towards the viewer, showing a three-quarters view of his face. He has a pronounced mustache and goatee, short and neatly combed hair, and a receding hairline. He wears a dark garment with a high white collar and a draped sash over his left shoulder. A decorative crest is visible to the left of his head. The portrait is within an ornate oval border with Latin text. The background has a simple lined texture.
