The image depicts three figures around a crucifixion scene. The central figure is nailed to the cross with arms outstretched, wearing a crown of thorns and a cloth around the waist. To the left, a woman stands with her hands clasped, wearing a blue robe and a white headdress. On the right, a young man with long hair stands in a red robe over a gray tunic, with his hands clasped. The background shows a simple landscape with hills and a muted blue sky. Near the base of the cross, there are skull and bones.
