The image shows a man from the waist up. He has an aged facial appearance with a prominent forehead, deep-set eyes, and a full curly gray beard and mustache. His hair is curly and thinning on top. The man is wearing a robe with a fur collar. His left hand holds an open book, and his right hand appears to be touching it. In the background, there is a plain wall with text above and below the man, along with a coat of arms-like emblem floating beside his head.
